No one came to the table to take our order for drinks. I got up went to the kitchen entrance and ask for the manager which a heavy set black woman answered that she was the manager.

I informed her that we had been sitting awaiting a waitress to come to our table. She informed me that someone would be there. We waited another 7 minuyes before this young girl came to out table. We informed her of what we wanted to eat and drink.

Anotjer 10 minutes went by before we got our drinks. When the food was brought out my wife ordered country fried steak. Her plate was hot but the food was cold along with the steak was hard. She had to get another waitress to get her a knife.

I ordered meatloaf fried chicken and chicken and dumplins. The chucked was hard, the meatloaf looked like it had sat on the country for 2 days and the chicken and dumplins was cold.

We got up to leave no one had checked on us or bring us a check. I dont know what is going on with the employees of cracker barrel but ill never go back to none of them to eat. It was a very, very bad experience.

I have been a customer for more than 30 years. However we stopped going into CB as the lasts visits the service was terrible! Food was just ok prices were up but so are most things.
